How long can I keep it?

  Really there is no set amount of time that you must keep the calculator, it's really up to you.  We've had some people just use it for two or three months, and others that have used them for two or three semesters or more.  You keep it as long as you want, and when you're done,  just send it back.

 

When do I pay?

When you place your order its processed that same day.  Whichever day it was that you placed the order, it will be the same day for the following months that your card will be processed again.  When the calculator is shipped back to us, the billing process stops.  As long as we receive the calculator back before your next cycle, you won't be billed again.  On orders that are placed at the end of a longer month (for example the 30th) will have the billing cycle be on the last day for shorter months.

 

How do I rent it?

Renting is fast and easy.  In most cases the calculators will ship the same day as long as the order was submitted before 1:00 pm MST.  You simply pick out the calculator you need.  We ship it out in either our 3-5 day standard shipping (First Class), 2-3 day priority shipping or express mail.  All you need to do I provide the proper information needed, including your method of payment and keep it for as long as you wish.  We send all of our calculators out with new batteries and a Delivery Confirmation.

 

If I need to switch to a different calculator next semester is that possible?

Oh yes, this seems to be a new popular thing.  We get this request because of the different calculators used for different classes.  All you need to do is let us know you are switching your calculator out and we'll get you the other calculator out as soon as the current calculator is returned.  If the second calculator you need is a different monthly amount then the next billing cycle will reflect the change in amount.

 

What if I want to rent the calculator for longer than a semester, can I?

Of course, in fact we have different rates for however long you plan on renting with us.  And that doesn't even matter if you switch calculators too.  We want to thank those that are choosing us to be apart of their education plans and reward them with our extended rental program.  Its our way of saying thank you.

 

I cancelled/dropped my class but I signed up for the semester rate, do I have to pay for the rest of my usage time?

In the event that you dropped/canceled your class you can return the calculator whenever you like. Upon receipt, we will charge you for the months you used the calculator for, at the regular monthly rate instead of the discounted extended rate. 

 

When can I expect a response to my e-mail?

We respond to e-mails, phone calls and text messages within 24 hours.  However, there are times when we receive a high volume of e-mails and responses may take alittle longer.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order only on the same day as the order was placed if your order has not already been shipped.  In the event where an order has already been shipped, you agree to have your credit card charged for the applicable shipping fee charged at that time.  The calculator will need to be received before any adjustments in billing are made.

 

Can I just rent one for my finals?

Sure you can.  Every semester we get a few that have managed to get away without having one for their finals, so we do provide an option for them too.  When you submit your rental plan order, just mention to us that it is only for your finals.  And we'll get you set up for just a week or two week rental.

 

Do you ship to every state?

We sure do.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

If you provide an email when you place your order, you should receive an email with the tracking information within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, you can email or call us.


Do you charge a security deposit on calculator rental orders?

All rentals require a 100% Refundable Deposit.  The deposit will be $40 for each calculator rented and will be refunded back at the end of the rental time when the calculator(s) is returned.  Deposits will be either placed back on original card or for rentals over five months a check will be mailed to your billing address of record.

 

What should I do if I'm having problems with my Calculator?

If you ever have a problem with your calculator, we may just ask you check a few common tricks we have learned over the years, a few of which are found on these links below.  Feel free to click these links and they should help provide more insight into your problem hopefully.  Another thing we have found that is helpful is just going up to your teacher or classmates and see if they have faced your problem before (never hurts to ask).  If you have tried a few things and it just seems like nothing is working please don't hesitate to contact us.
